INSTRUCTIONS:

PC USERS:

• Save your digital photos to your computer.
• Complete the form on the left with your name, etc.  I will need to verify that you purchased the tool from me and not another vendor.
• At the bottom of the form, click on the "browse" button to find the photo on your PC.  Click on your photo.  It will upload.
• You can choose up to 3 photos.  If you want to send more, resubmit this form.

MOBILE USERS:

Mobile Users have two options, but either way you will need to fill out the form on the left.

#1 - Use the form on this page

• Fill out the form.
  
• When you click the browse button, you should see some options, either gallery, documents, or whatever your phone options are.  Find the photo on your device and click on it.  It should upload with the form.
  

#2 - Send a text

• If you just want the free blade and don't need a free business listing, then you can just text a few photos to my cell phone. 218-341-4766.
• Make sure that you provide the email address you used to place your tool order, your name, and invoice number so that I can be sure that you purchased it through rusticwoodworking.com  or ezlogtools.com

RULES:

• Customer can submit as many photos as they want, but only one free replacement blade will be sent per customer.
• You must have purchased the E-Z Log Tenon Cutter from Rustic Woodworking, Carlton, MN www.rusticwoodworking.com ​​ or www.ezlogtools.com
• If no blade is chosen, a 45-Degree Blade will be sent.
• Photos should be of good quality, and at least 1000 x 1000 pixels. 
• Send photos only.  No videos.  
• This form must be used if you want a free business listing.
• Make sure no personal information is included in your photos like phone numbers, names, license plates, address, etc., unless you want that.  If you are a business, take photos in front of your business name, website address, or contact info.
• By clicking on the Submit Button on the form, you agree to allow us to post your photo(s) on our website to our discretion.
