Every shipment of EZ's I receive from the manufacturer, I personally disassemble, polish, oil the steel parts, and make sure everything fits right, and works right. Then I put them back together, and repack them up so that I can ship them the same day I receive an order. Every customer receives a tracking number as soon as I print out the shipping label.
You have my personal guarantee that any EZ Tool that you buy from Rustic Woodworking has passed my inspection. If you knew me, you'd know how much I am a stickler on quality.
EZ Tools that do have imperfections, like a nick, scuff, are sold on the Scratch & Dent page at a discount, but that doesn't happen much. Rarely does a customer return a tool/ If a tool is returned, it's because they had another use for the cutter that didn't work for them. I've had 3 returns in 12 years. You have a full 30-days to decide if you want to keep it. If you don't like it, send me an email to let me know you're returning it, and I'll issue a full refund (so long as you didn't mutilate it)..
