Why buy several different sized pencil-sharpener type log tenon cutters when you can just buy one E-Z Log Tenon Cutter and adjust it to cut the size tenon you need? The E-Z Log Tenon Cutters are available in either a 45-Degree or 90-Degree chamfer, and can be adjusted to cut 1" up to 3" diameter tenons at the ends of logs and branches, and works with any 1/2" electric drill. We also offer a 45-Degree Countersink bit (E-Z Sink) for mortises, and a portable strap clamp to hold down any shaped log to peel bark, drill pilot holes, and cut the tenons safely. To use the E-Z Log Tenon Cutters, you must first drill a pilot hole at the end of the log. A drill bit is included. The cutter will follow the pilot hole and cut a perfect tenon. If you have ever used one of those pencil-sharpener type cutters, you may have noticed that it is difficult to hold your drill steady during the cut, and often the tenon will turn out gouged and not consistent in diameter.
