8AM till 11AM

I am in the office until about 11:00am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for sure.  That's when I answer the phone, pack up orders, update the website, answer emails, and print out shipping labels and other office stuff, like ordering supplies, etc.

After I get the office duties done, I head out to the wood shop to cut wood.

I drive an 18-wheeler the rest of the week.

 I cannot accept orders over the phone. 

All orders must be placed from the website.

Expedited Shipping (one-day) orders must be received by 10:00am (Central Standard Time - Minnesota) for you to receive your order the next day as I need time to pack the order and print out the shipping label.  The mailman arrives here about 11:30am.  I try my best to get all orders packed and ready to ship by that time. Orders received after 10am on weekdays, on the weekends, or on holidays will ship the following business day.
